 9    on page 11, line 17 by changing "a" to "an exclusive"; and

10    on page 12, line 4 by  changing  "representative"  to  "labor

12    on page 12, line 5 by changing "the" to "an"; and

13    on page 12, line 6 by inserting after "the" the following:
