 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 3162 on page 2,  by
 3    replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:
 4        "(6)  Issuing  a  new  policy within an individual health
 5    insurance market after notice of withdrawal from that  market
 6    has  been  given according to item (i) of subparagraph (a) of
 7    paragraph (2) of subsection (C) of Section 50 of the Illinois
 8    Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act  if  that
 9    coverage  was among the types of coverage for which notice of
10    withdrawal has been given."; and

11    on  page  6,  line  22,  by  replacing   "Subsidiary""   with
12    ""Subsidiary"".
