 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2573

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2573 on page 4,  by
 3    replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:
 4             "(18)  A   person  who  intends  to  sell  alcoholic
 5        liquors for use or consumption on  his  or  her  licensed
 6        retail  premises  who  does  not  have  liquor  liability
 7        insurance coverage for that premises in an amount that is
 8        at  least  equal to the maximum liability amounts set out
 9        in subsection (a) of Section 6-21.".
