 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2317

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2317,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by  replacing  everything  after the enacting clause with the
 4    following:

 5        "Section 5.  The Special Assessment Supplemental Bond and
 6    Procedures Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 7        (50 ILCS 460/1)
 8        Sec. 1.  Short Title.  This Act shall be known and may be
 9    cited  as  the  Special  Assessment  Supplemental  Bond   and
10    Procedures Act.
