 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  691,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 1, on line 13, immediately after  "January  1,
 5    2003" by inserting the following:
 6    "and  then  beginning again on July 1, 2003 and until July 1,
 7    2005"; and

 8    on page 1, by replacing line 18 with the following:
 9    "General Assembly, and on and after January 1, 2003 and until
10    July 1, 2003, and on and after July 1, 2005, moneys in"; and

11    on page 2, by replacing "eff. 7-24-01.)" with the following:
12    "eff. 7-24-01.)

13        Section 99.  Effective date. This  Act  takes  effect  on
14    July 1, 2003.".
