SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Faye Maurine Fox of Marion, who passed
4away on March 1, 2013; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Faye Fox was born on April 20, 1935, in Marion to
6Charles and Ruth (Gulledge) Ragain; she married Donald Lyle
7Cutrell and to this union 3 daughters were born: Trina, Cheryl,
8and Karla; she later married William Paul Fox and to this union
9her son, Dugie, was born; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Faye Fox was a member of Grange Hall Church; she
11enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, and baking pies; she was an
12Eastern Star member; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Faye Fox was preceded in death by her parents; her
14husband, Bill; her brothers, Joe Ragain and Gene Ragain; her
15sister, Lois Ragain; and her son-in-law, Danny Jobe; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Faye Fox is survived by her children, Trina (Gary)
17Clark, Cheryl (Tom) Buffington, Karla Johnson, and Dugie
18(Brandi) Fox; her grandchildren, Benjie Kent, Misty Riddle,
19Wesley and Ali Buffington, Cody and Brandy Buffington, Ashley
20Buffington, Adam Johnson, Justin and Rachael Johnson, Caleb and
21Kassie Johnson, Wyatt Fox, and Walker Fox; her

1great-grandchildren, Nicole Kent, Abbie Kent, Gage Kent, Lanie
2Kent, Chase Riddle, Hannah Riddle, Ethan Riddle, Hevyn Riddle,
3Drake Buffington, Keirsten Buffington, Colton Lezu, Hayden
4Lezu, Trent Johnson, and Ashlynn Johnson; her brothers, Max
5(Ellie) Ragain, Jim Ragain, and Ricky (Linda) Ragain; her
6sister, Patricia (Sam) Stearns; and several nieces and nephews;
7therefore, be it
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
10Faye Fox, and we extend our sincere condolences to her family,
11friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Faye Fox as an expression of our
14deepest sympathy.
