SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Jacqueline J. Skoff-Bishop of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on October 16, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop was born in Waukegan on September 21, 1935 to Phillip and Tessie (nee Bespalec) Skoff; and

WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dennis Skoff; and

WHEREAS, Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop is survived by her daughter, Bernice Bishop; her granddaughter, Katherine Sinner; her grandson, Jamie Zane; her 2 nieces, Cathy (Nelson) Skoff and Stacey Skoff; her nephew, Tom Skoff; her sister-in-law, Judy Skoff; her brother, Tom Huffaker; and her adopted daughter, Patti Rhienheimer; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Jacqueline J. Skoff-Bishop, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Jacqueline Skoff-Bishop as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
