| | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | | 3 | | learn of the death of William "Bill" Struna of Waukegan, who | | 4 | | passed away on May 25, 2014; and
| | 5 | | WHEREAS, William Struna was born in Waukegan in 1936 and | | 6 | | was a lifelong resident; and
| | 7 | | WHEREAS, William Struna retired from Outboard Marine | | 8 | | Corporation after 46 years of service; he also worked at many | | 9 | | part-time jobs; and
| | 10 | | WHEREAS, William Struna enjoyed playing cards, going to | | 11 | | Park Place and the casino, traveling, and spending time with | | 12 | | his family; and
| | 13 | | WHEREAS, William Struna was preceded in death by his | | 14 | | parents, Albert and Mary (nee Jurick) Struna, and 2 brothers, | | 15 | | Albert and John Struna; and
| | 16 | | WHEREAS, William Struna is survived by his wife, Anita (nee | | 17 | | Anastos); 3 children, Jill (Ralph) Heaven, Pamela (Bill) Giles, | | 18 | | and Deborah (Randy) Bukantis; 7 grandchildren; 2 | | 19 | | great-granddaughters; and a sister, Margery Fries; therefore, | | 20 | | be it
