SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Dolores Aileen Goulding of Wilmington, who passed away on May 4, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Goulding was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 22, 1933 to Ruble Houston "Kirk" and Edna May Duncan-Kuykendall; she was raised and educated in Chicago and married Arthur John Goulding on March 8, 1958 in Corinth, Mississippi; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Goulding had a love of birds and flowers and enjoyed spending time with her family; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Goulding was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, William Langusch; 2 great-grandsons, Caden and Connor Hansen; and one brother, Ronald Kuykendall; and

WHEREAS, Dolores Goulding is survived by her husband, Arthur; 4 children, David (Connie) Goulding, Daniel (Anita) Goulding, Beth (Jerome) Peterson, and Douglas (Robin) Goulding; grandchildren, Tim (Tiffany), Douglas (Tera), Allison (Jimmy), Mallory Aileen, Jackie, Nathan (Kris), Matt (Kristin), Krista (T.J.), Mark (Lisa), Andy, and Alex; great-grandchildren, Hannah, Hailey, Nevaeh, Julian, McKenna, Lilly, Ronnie, Jonathan, Oriah, Olivia, Ella, Mason, and Elena; sister, Deanna (Wayne) Snedden; brother, David (Louise) Kuykendall; and 3 sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Kuykendall, Ruth (the late Ray) Watson, and Dorothy (the late Robert) Goulding; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Dolores Aileen Goulding, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Dolores Goulding as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
