    Amends the Energy Policy and Planning Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Energy Policy and Planning Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 1120/1)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7801)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Energy Policy and Planning Act.
