SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

5 ILCS 410/1

Amends the State Employment Records Act. Makes a technical change in a change in a Section concerning the chort title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Employment Records Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 410/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the State Employment Records Act, and references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
