Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning jury selection.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by changing Section 10-5-35 as follows:

(735 ILCS 30/10-5-35) (was 735 ILCS 5/7-116)

Sec. 10-5-35. Challenge of jurors. The plaintiff, and every party interested in in the ascertaining of compensation, shall have the same right of challenge of jurors as in other civil cases in the circuit courts.
