SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Donald "Don" Lee Hull of Port Byron, who passed away on September 18, 2020; and

WHEREAS, Don Hull was born to James and Alice (Ryan) Hull in Moline on April 21, 1932; he served in the U.S. Army; he married Ramona Stoeterau in Rock Island on June 24, 1962; and

WHEREAS, Don Hull was employed in route sales for Frito-Lay for 27 years until 1993; after retirement, he worked as a security guard at St. Anthony's Care Center for ten years; and

WHEREAS, Don Hull was a avid Chicago Bears fan, enjoyed reading history, and loved spending time with his family; and

WHEREAS, Don Hull is survived by his five children, Thomas Hull, Pamela (Jerry) Curtner, John Hull, Traci Redman, and Staci (Dan) Redman; his nine grandchildren; his 18 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Robert Hull; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Donald "Don" Lee Hull and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Don Hull as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
