| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Mary Lou Martin of Gurnee, who passed | 4 | | away on September 14, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Martin was born in Waukegan to Paul and | 6 | | Caroline Verenski on February 1, 1942; she attended Holy Rosary | 7 | | Grade School and graduated from North Chicago High School in | 8 | | 1959; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Martin began working at Ammco Tools after | 10 | | graduation; she retired from there in 1995; and
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Martin enjoyed card making, knitting, | 12 | | crocheting, counted cross stitch, reading, camping, boating, | 13 | | traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren; she | 14 | | especially enjoyed traveling with her grandchildren; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Martin was preceded in death by her | 16 | | parents; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Elmer and Sue | 17 | | Martin; and her brother-in-law, Elmer; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Martin is survived by her husband, | 19 | | Dennis; her son, Jeffery (Paula); her stepsons, Dean (Julie) | 20 | | and Dale (Jean); her grandchildren, Zackery, Megan, and Joseph; |
