| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Marguerite B. "Peggy" Pesavento of | 4 | | Lockport, who passed away on May 20, 2017; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was born in Oak Park and had | 6 | | lived in Lockport since 1933; and
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was a member of St. Dennis | 8 | | Church in Lockport, where she was involved with the Altar and | 9 | | Rosary Society; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento enjoyed monthly gatherings | 11 | | with her club girls, who were her lifelong friends, but most of | 12 | | all, she cherished time spent with her family; and
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento was preceded in death by her | 14 | | husband, Louis Pesavento; her parents, John and Helen | 15 | | (Finnegan) Keenan; her brothers, Dan (Fran) Moloney and Jack | 16 | | Keenan; her sisters, Bernadette (Don) Clark and Helen (Sandy) | 17 | | Hull; and her uncle and aunt, Ed and Mae Brennan; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Marguerite Pesavento is survived by her children, | 19 | | Mary Ann (Scott) Furlane, Joseph (Nancy), Lisa (Mike) Latino, | 20 | | Dan (Laura), Michael, Patrick (Jacqualyne), and Paul (Hillary) |

| 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 10 | | Marguerite B. "Peggy" Pesavento, and extend our sincere | 11 | | condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved | 12 | | her; and be it further
