SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Rudolph H. Reymann of Elgin, who passed
4away on April 27, 2015; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was born in Chicago to Carl and
6Anna (Hoffman) Reymann on August 21, 1931; he served in United
7States Air Force from 1949 until 1953, achieving the rank of
8staff sergeant; he married Mary Frances Johnson on March 10,
91951; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was a founding member of the
11Highland Shores Rescue Squad in Wonder Lake; he was a trustee
12for the Wonder Lake Fire Department, where he served as
13captain; he also served as a trustee in Greenwood Township; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was a lifetime member of the
15Woodstock Moose and a member of the American Legion; he was an
16avid motorcyclist and an award-winning photographer; and
 
17    WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was preceded in death by his
18parents; his wife, Mary; his brother, Heinz Reymann; and his
19beloved friend, Dee Bordner; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann is survived by his sons, Gary

1(Christine) and Michael Reymann; his daughter, Debra (James)
2Gigl; his grandchildren, Shannon Reymann Golat, Garrett
3(Abbie) Reymann, and Taylor Gigl; and his great-grandchildren,
4Barbara and Joey Golat; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7Rudolph H. Reymann, and extend our sincere condolences to his
8family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Rudolph Reymann as an expression of
12our deepest sympathy.
