| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Richard A. Itter Sr. of Lakemoor, who | 4 | | passed away on December 10, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Itter Sr. was born in Chicago to Harry and | 6 | | Renee (Simon) Itter on September 16, 1953; he married Catherine | 7 | | Biancalana at St. Edna Catholic Church in Arlington Heights on | 8 | | October 12, 1996; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Richard Itter Sr. served in the United States Army | 10 | | as a military police officer for over 13 years, and was | 11 | | stationed in Berlin, Germany when the Berlin Wall came down; he | 12 | | then entered law enforcement in Littleville, Alabama; in the | 13 | | early 1990s, he became a dispatcher and truck driver for UPS in | 14 | | Palatine; he worked for McHenry Harley-Davidson, and later, the | 15 | | On Target Range & Tactical Training Center in Crystal Lake; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Richard Itter Sr. was preceded in death by his | 17 | | parents and his daughter, Jodie; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, Richard Itter Sr. is survived by his wife of 20 | 19 | | years, Cathy; his sons, Richard A. (Kelly) Itter Jr., and Mark | 20 | | (Kellye) Itter; his grandchildren, Jessica, Simon, Destiny, | 21 | | Luke, and Mason; his sister, Lisa (Steve) DeSmidt; and his |
