SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Tennessee J. Rangel, who passed away on March 26, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel was born on March 5, 1949; and

WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel served in the United States Military during the Vietnam War; and

WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel was the beloved husband of Janette (Raiman); the devoted son of the late Diego and Katherine (Schramm); the loving father of Rebecca, Monica (Anthony) Schittino, and Jessica; the fond grandfather of Emilio, Micaela, and Angelo; the dear brother of Richard (Kim), Sandi (Buck) Pranica, Jack (Trish), and Teri (the late Scott) Lindstam; and fond uncle, cousin, and friend of many; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Tennessee J. Rangel, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Tennessee Rangel as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
