SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Donald L. Keller of Crystal Lake, who passed away on March 2, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Donald Keller was born in Chicago to John and Margaret Dickey Keller on April 9, 1934; he served his country proudly in the United States Navy and married Therese Douglas in Chicago on August 11, 1962; and

WHEREAS, Donald Keller was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Crystal Lake; and

WHEREAS, Donald Keller was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Annette (Bill) McGrath, and Robert (Kay) Keller; and

WHEREAS, Donald Keller is survived by his wife, Therese; his children, Donald M. Keller, Amy (Marcelo) Corpuz, Maggie Keller, and Edward Keller; his grandchildren, Marc, Olivia, and Luke Corpuz; and his siblings, Jack (Mary Rita) Keller, and Florence (the late Hank) Kawa; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Donald L. Keller, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Donald Keller as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
