SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Maxine (Massey) Clark of Brighton, who
4passed away on December 24, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Maxine Clark was born in Weed, New Mexico to Floyd
6and Ruby Massey on December 25, 1934; she married Kenneth Clark
7in Oceanside, California on July 22, 1953; and
 
8    WHEREAS, Maxine Clark served as a United States Marine
9Corporal during the Korean War; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Maxine Clark was preceded in death by her parents;
11her sister, Pete Massey; her brothers, Sonny Massey and David
12Massey; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Maxine Clark is survived by her husband, Kenneth;
14her daughters, Linda (Dennis) Sparrow and Annette Carlisle; her
15sons, David Clark and Daniel Clark; her six grandchildren; her
16eight great-grandchildren; her sister, Patsy (Bob) Johnson;
17and her brother, Jerry (Debbie) Massey; therefore, be it
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
20Maxine (Massey) Clark and extend our sincere condolences to her

1family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it
2further
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
4presented to the family of Maxine Clark as an expression of our
5deepest sympathy.
