SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William "Red" Dolinar, formerly of North Chicago, who passed away on October 19, 2018; and

WHEREAS, William Dolinar was born in Waukegan to Edward Sr. and Eleanor (Fagan) Dolinar; and

WHEREAS, William Dolinar was an avid outdoorsman; he enjoyed fishing, traveling, and being surrounded by nature; he had a love of dogs and cats; and

WHEREAS, William Dolinar spent time living in Shawano, Wisconsin and Punta Gorda, Florida; and

WHEREAS, William Dolinar was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Edward Dolinar Jr.; and

WHEREAS, William Dolinar is survived by his wife, Lisa, and numerous family members and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William Dolinar and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of William Dolinar as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
