SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Evan Andrew Kitzmiller of Mundelein, who passed away on August 5, 2018; and

WHEREAS, Evan Kitzmiller was an honor roll student at Mundelein High School, where he played football, basketball, and baseball as a freshman; and

WHEREAS, Evan Kitzmiller loved music and attended all four days of the 2018 Lollapalooza music festival, where he saw many of his favorite musical acts; over the summer, he worked six days a week at a car wash to earn the money for the tickets; and

WHEREAS, Evan Kitzmiller enjoyed playing video games; and

WHEREAS, Evan Kitzmiller is survived by his parents and his brother; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Evan Andrew Kitzmiller, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Evan Kitzmiller as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
