| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of George A. Bailey of Bristol, Wisconsin, | 4 | | formerly of Wonder Lake, Illinois, who passed away on October | 5 | | 31, 2017; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, George Bailey was born in Woodstock to Donald and | 7 | | Dorothy (Kendssater) Bailey on February 27, 1959; he proudly | 8 | | served in the United States Navy; he married MaryJo Decker in | 9 | | Woodstock on September 27, 1997; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, George Bailey worked as a shipping and receiving | 11 | | manager for Watlow Gordon for over 22 years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, George Bailey was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs | 13 | | and the Chicago Bears; he enjoyed going to the Renaissance | 14 | | Faire; he especially loved spending time with his | 15 | | grandchildren; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, George Bailey was preceded in death by his wife, | 17 | | MaryJo; his grandson, James Menheer, and his brother, Daniel | 18 | | Gene Bailey; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, George Bailey is survived by his children, Tricia | 20 | | (Charlie) Koba, Amy (Bill) Sutton, and Tracie (Jimmy Schneider) |
