1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION

2 WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII
3 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year
4 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be
5 available during that year; therefore, be it

6 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
7 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
8 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Senate estimates the general funds
9 to be available during State fiscal year 2018 as follows:
