1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28

2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated February 28, 2017,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it

7 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
8 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that all of the requests in the Report on
10 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
