Amends the Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Home-Based Support Services Law for Adults with Mental Disabilities.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Developmental Disability and Mental Disability Services Act is amended by changing Section 2-1 as follows:

Sec. 2-1. This Article may be cited as the the Home-Based Support Services Law for Adults with Mental Disabilities.
