115 ILCS 5/18   from Ch. 48, par. 1718
    Amends the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the application of the Open Meetings Act to collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations.

1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act is
5 amended by changing Section 18 as follows:

6     (115 ILCS 5/18)  (from Ch. 48, par. 1718)
7     Sec. 18. Meetings. The~~The~~ provisions of the Open Meetings
8 Act shall not apply to collective bargaining negotiations and
9 grievance arbitrations conducted pursuant to this Act.
