    Amends the Soil Amendment Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning agriculture.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Soil Amendment Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (505 ILCS 120/1)  (from Ch. 5, par. 2801-1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
