1     AN ACT limiting State funds and resources for federal
2 mandates on immigration.

3     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:

5     Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the State
6 Resources and Federal Immigration Mandates Act.
