HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Zamari DeMarcus Drew, who passed away on June 1, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Zamari Drew was born in Springfield to Dawon David Drew Sr. and Antonia Maria Andrews on September 20, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Zamari Drew saw the world as his playground; he always had a smile from ear to ear and loved to run around; and

WHEREAS, Zamari Drew was preceded in death by Bobby Feggett Jr. and Amarius Andrew; and

WHEREAS, Zamari Drew is survived by his parents, Antonia Andrews and Dawon Drew Sr.; his grandmother, Connie Drew; his siblings, Patience Garrison, Sean Nation, Dawon Drew Jr., Amaria Andrews, Zendaya Andrews, and Zamaria Drew; numerous uncles and aunts; and a host of loving friends and other family; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Zamari DeMarcus Drew, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Zamari Drew as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
