70 ILCS 2605/2   from Ch. 42, par. 321
    Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. Makes a technical change in a Section requiring courts to take judicial notice ofsanitary districts.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act
5 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 2605/2)  (from Ch. 42, par. 321)
7     Sec. 2. All courts in this state shall take judicial notice
8 of the~~the~~existence of all sanitary districts organized under
9 this act.
