750 ILCS 50/4   from Ch. 40, par. 1505
    Amends the Adoption Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning venue.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Adoption Act is amended by changing Section
5 4 as follows:

6     (750 ILCS 50/4)  (from Ch. 40, par. 1505)
7     Sec. 4. Venue. An adoption proceeding may be commenced in
8 any county in this ~~this~~ State.
