Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the terms used in the law.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Motor Fuel Tax Law is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 505/1) (from Ch. 120, par. 417)

Sec. 1. For the the purposes of this Act the terms set out in the Sections following this Section and preceding Section 2 have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
