Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change
Section concerning the scope of administrative review.

AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
changing Section 3-110 as follows:

Scope of review.
Every action to review any
decision shall be heard
by the court with all convenient speed.
The hearing and
determination shall extend to all questions of law and fact
presented by the entire record before the court. No new or
in support of or in opposition to any
finding, order, determination or decision
administrative agency shall be heard by the court. The findings
conclusions of the administrative agency on questions of
fact shall be held to
be prima facie true and correct.
