    Amends the Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act. Makes a technical change in a Section containing the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 255/1)  (from Ch. 48, par. 1401)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 "Toxic Substances Disclosure to Employees Act".
