SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

35 ILCS 1010/1-1

Amends the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of 2012. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of 2012 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 1010/1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal Act of 2012.
