20 ILCS 1905/1905-1
    Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Natural Resources.

1     AN ACT concerning State government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources (Mines and
5 Minerals) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 1905-1 as follows:

7     (20 ILCS 1905/1905-1)
8     Sec. 1905-1. Article short title. This Article 1905 of the
9 ~~the~~Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
10 Department of Natural Resources (Mines and Minerals) Law.
