SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

15 ILCS 550/5

Amends the Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the purpose of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

Sec. 5. Purpose. The The purpose of the Public Education Affinity Credit Card Act is to generate donations to benefit public elementary and high schools in Illinois.
