SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of James K. Ringer of McHenry, who passed away on July 4, 2015; and

WHEREAS, James Ringer was born on July 28, 1937 in Oak Park; his parents were Ernest and Myra (nee Kimball) Ringer; he married Mildred Holbert on August 24, 1970; and

WHEREAS, James Ringer served his country as a member of the United States Air Force; and

WHEREAS, James Ringer was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Mildred, and his parents; and

WHEREAS, James Ringer is survived by 2 children, Lucinda (Danielle Butsch) Ringer and James (Rachel) Ringer, and 6 grandchildren, Aurelia, Blythe, Caden, Landon, Coltyn, and Harley; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of James K. Ringer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of James Ringer as an expression of our sympathy.
