SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Theresa A. Wilde of Crystal Lake, who passed away on June 2, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Theresa Wilde was born on the family farm in McHenry on December 21, 1931 to Bernard and Catherine (nee Freund) Bauer; at a very young age, she helped by driving tractors during harvest; and

WHEREAS, Theresa Wilde worked for the Earl Walsh Insurance Agency, and later, for the City of McHenry, where she was employed for over 25 years; and

WHEREAS, A great joy in Theresa Wilde's retirement years was the time she was able to spend with her family; she and her husband, Gustave C. "Bud" Wilde never missed one of their grandchildren's sporting events; and

WHEREAS, Theresa Wilde was preceded in death by her husband, Gustave, and her brothers, Eugene and Roman Bauer; and

WHEREAS, Theresa Wilde is survived by her children, Linda (John) Cannon, Sue (Roger) Wanta, and Chuck (Stacy) Wilde; her sister, Doris (Duane) Andreas; her grandchildren, Amy, Chris, Aubrey, Jake, Ben, Jeremy, and Shane; and her great-grandchildren, Kane and Nash; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Theresa A. Wilde, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Theresa Wilde as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
