SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia Dorothe Panfil, who passed away on April 28, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Panfil was born on June 11, 1945; her parents were Edward and Irma (nee Mueller) Panfil; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Panfil was a longtime school teacher and president of the Community Consolidated School District 15 teachers union; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Panfil was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Panfil was the dear sister of Robert (Sandra) Panfil; the aunt of Candice (Mark) Render and their son, Robert; and the dear friend of Joanne and Allan Ayers and Julie Hoats; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Patricia Dorothe Panfil; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia Panfil as an expression of our sympathy.
