SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Eugene A. Winter; and

WHEREAS, Eugene Winter served his country as a member of the United States Army during World War II; and

WHEREAS, Eugene Winter was the beloved husband of the late Jean (nee Cummings); the loving father of Nancy (Michael) Skiba, James, Cynthia (the late Chris) Short, Diane (Casey) Graddy, and Donald (Theresa); the dear grandfather of 12; and the great-grandfather of 9; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Eugene A. Winter; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Eugene Winter as an expression of our sympathy.
