SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Tyler J. Rybicki of Belleville, who
4passed away on May 22, 2014; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was born on March 23, 1991 in St.
6Louis, Missouri; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a student at Southern Illinois
8University Edwardsville; he sought to become a high school math
9teacher and coach; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a baseball coach for the
11Belleville Junior American Legion team; he was also a member of
12the First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was preceded in death by his
14paternal grandparents, Jerome and Carolyn Rybicki, and an
15uncle, Stephen Van Dyke; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki is survived by his parents, Mike and
17Rhonda (nee Dunaway) Rybicki; 2 brothers, Daniel Rybicki and
18Matthew Rybicki; his maternal grandfather, Lauren "Buzz"
19(Patricia) Dunaway; his maternal grandmother, Lois Dunaway; 2
20uncles, Craig (Jo Anne) Dunaway and Ken (Susy) Rybicki; an

1aunt, Judy Van Dyke; and 5 cousins, Jennifer (Aaron) Sutton and
2her daughter, Carolyn Sutton, Mary (Phil) Galli, Tommy Rybicki,
3Sarah Rybicki, and Alex Van Dyke (fiancee, Corrie); therefore,
4be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Tyler J. Rybicki; and
8be it further
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
10presented to the family of Tyler Rybicki as an expression of
11our sympathy.
