SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Tyler J. Rybicki of Belleville, who passed away on May 22, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was born on March 23, 1991 in St. Louis, Missouri; and

WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a student at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville; he sought to become a high school math teacher and coach; and

WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was a baseball coach for the Belleville Junior American Legion team; he was also a member of the First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville; and

WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jerome and Carolyn Rybicki, and an uncle, Stephen Van Dyke; and

WHEREAS, Tyler Rybicki is survived by his parents, Mike and Rhonda (nee Dunaway) Rybicki; 2 brothers, Daniel Rybicki and Matthew Rybicki; his maternal grandfather, Lauren "Buzz" (Patricia) Dunaway; his maternal grandmother, Lois Dunaway; 2 uncles, Craig (Jo Anne) Dunaway and Ken (Susy) Rybicki; an aunt, Judy Van Dyke; and 5 cousins, Jennifer (Aaron) Sutton and her daughter, Carolyn Sutton, Mary (Phil) Galli, Tommy Rybicki, Sarah Rybicki, and Alex Van Dyke (fiancee, Corrie); therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Tyler J. Rybicki; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Tyler Rybicki as an expression of our sympathy.
