SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Stefania Tomala of Lemont, who passed away on May 17, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Stefania Tomala was employed by Remin Laboratories in Manhattan and Hart-Schaffner-Marx in Joliet; and

WHEREAS, Stefania Tomala was the beloved wife of the late Walter Tomala; the loving mother of Jean (Frank) Kula, Chester (Kathy) Tomala, Irene (Stanley) Ciesla, Josephine (Joseph) Gal, Lottie (Bruno) Koziel, John (Lottie) Tomala, Joseph (Ruth) Tomala, Helena (Ahmad) Saadeh, Christine (late John) Tomala-Budz, Andrew (Cindy) Tomala, Stanley (Deborah) Tomala, and Donna (John) Nowobilski; the cherished grandmother of 50; the proud great-grandmother of 93; and the dearest sister of the late Andrew Wrobel, the late Emily Styrczula, the late Alexander Wrobel, the late Ludwina Czubiak, the late Helena Budz, and Anna Maka; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Stefania Tomala, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Stefania Tomala as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
