SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Otto R. Wille, Jr. of Crystal Lake, who passed away on September 9, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Otto Wille, Jr. was born on November 6, 1953 in Harvard; his parents were Otto Sr. and Irene Wille; he married Karen Irving on November 11, 1972 in Crystal Lake; and

WHEREAS, Otto Wille, Jr. served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1974; and

WHEREAS, Otto Wille, Jr. worked for Harms Grain Equipment in Marengo as a service manager for over 30 years; and

WHEREAS, Otto Wille, Jr. was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Philip Irving; and

WHEREAS, Otto Wille, Jr. is survived by his loving wife, Karen; his daughter, Janice (Mike) Laffoon; his grandchildren, Jeremy and Jessica; his siblings, Sue (Barrie) Henkel, Sandy (Randy) Tegtman, Katie (Randy) Stading, Dave (Lori) Wille, Kelly (Dale) Westphal, and Jodi Schultz; many nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Lorraine (Clarence) Grischow; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his family and friends, mourn the passing of Otto R. Wille, Jr.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Otto Wille, Jr. as an expression of our sympathy.
