SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Steven L. Berry of Huntley, who passed away on July 12, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Steven Berry was born in Elgin to Robert G. and Lois Groneman Berry on June 13, 1953; and

WHEREAS, Steven Berry married Linda Bauer Berry on March 9, 1973; and

WHEREAS, Steven Berry was preceded in death by his parents and his stepfather, Irving Rowe; and

WHEREAS, Steven Berry is survived by his wife, Linda; his sons, Christopher G. (Rebekah) Berry and Brian R. (Jennifer) Berry; his grandchildren, Alexander Steven Berry, Rielan George Berry, and Emmett Robert Berry; and his sister, Kathleen (Gary) Nehls; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Steven L. Berry, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Steven Berry as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
