SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Marilyn S. Gumprecht-Grever, who passed
4away on June 19, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever was born on July 3, 1934
6in Belvidere; her parents were Herman and Elsie Kunde; she
7married Richard W. Gumprecht, Sr. on May 23, 1953 in Pacific
8Grove, California; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever retired from Aubrey
10Manufacturing after 30-plus years of employment; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever enjoyed gardening,
12playing pinochle, camping, traveling, bowling, golf, and
13spending time with her family; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever was preceded in death by
15her parents; her first husband, Richard, Sr.; her second
16husband, Earl Grever; her daughter, Diana Stock; her
17son-in-law, Kurt Stock; and seven brothers and sisters; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever is survived by her son
19and daughter-in-law, Richard (Janice) Gumprecht, Jr.; her
20grandchildren, Eric and Brian Gumprecht and Aimee and James

1(Melisa Suda) Creighton; her great-grandchildren, Tyler and
2Jaedyn Maule; her lifelong friend, Marilyn Swanson; and many
3nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Marilyn S.
7Gumprecht-Grever; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Marilyn Gumprecht-Grever as an
10expression of our sympathy.
