SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Lori A. Olendzki of Jacksonville, who passed away on March 22, 2016; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was born on December 15, 1960 in Springfield; her parents were John J. and Patricia Craddock Roth; she married Donald Olendzki on October 21, 1995 in Jacksonville; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was a 1979 graduate of Routt Catholic High School; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was the owner and operator of Artistic Hair By Lori for 30 years, where she was well known for her outgoing personality; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was active with the Jacksonville Jaycees and enjoyed creating stained glass and flower gardening in her spare time; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was preceded in death by her mother; and

WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki is survived by her husband, Donald; her father, John Roth (Marie Coonen); her sons, Aaron (Judi) Lahey and Nicholas (Trisha) Olendzki; her grandson, Dominick Olendzki; her brothers, Tom (Kathy) Roth and Joseph (Diana) Roth; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Lori A. Olendzki; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Lori Olendzki as an expression of our sympathy.
