SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Rose Marie Dominick of Indian Creek, who passed away on January 15, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Rose Dominick was born in Chicago and had lived in the same home in Indian Creek since 1976; and

WHEREAS, Rose Dominick and her husband were the founders and owners of Ziebart Auto Protection of Mundelein; and

WHEREAS, Rose Dominick and her husband were members of St. Mary of Vernon Parish; and

WHEREAS, Rose Dominick is survived by her son, Edward, Jr.; her daughter, Teri (Rick) Spoerlein; her grandsons, Douglas, Scott, Andrew, and Daniel Spoerlein; and her sister, Elizabeth (Ernie) Lechelt; and

WHEREAS, Rose Dominick was preceded in death by her husband, Edward; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Rose Marie Dominick, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Rose Dominick as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
