SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Paul Peter Przyborski, Jr. of Crystal Lake, who passed away on October 23, 2015; and

WHEREAS, Paul Przyborski, Jr. was born in Chicago on March 20, 1929 to Paul and Frances Przyborski; he proudly served with the United States Marine Corps from August 8, 1950 to August 15, 1952; and

WHEREAS, Paul Przyborski, Jr. was an avid train collector and visited train shows across the country; he was a member of the Lionel Collectors Club of America, the Train Collectors Association, and the Lionel Operating Train Society; during the holiday season he spent time setting up train displays at local businesses in the community; one of the great joys of his life was playing baseball and competing in home run derby competitions with Moose Skowron; he enjoyed serving as a Boy Scout leader while his sons were growing up, and he was a great bowler, rolling a 300 game in his younger days; and

WHEREAS, Paul Przyborski, Jr. was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Delphine; and

WHEREAS, Paul Przyborski, Jr. is survived by his children, Dave Przyborski (his former wife, Jane George), Judy (Bill) Noelle, Steve (Jean) Przyborski, Sue (Stan) Pozniak, Carolyn (Curt) Bazzoli, Mary (John) Sepulveda, and Shirley Skulimowski; his grandchildren, Paul (Kate) Przyborski, Steve Przyborski, Daniel, Joseph and Grace Przyborski, Allison and Bill Noelle, Tony (Dayna) Locaciato, Matt Locaciato, Andrew (Katie) Pozniak, and Ursula, Jonathan (Jenna), and Robert Sepulveda; his sister, LaVerne (Bill) Froemling; and many nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Paul Peter Przyborski, Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Paul Przyborski, Jr. as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
